The Site is managed jointly by the United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU) and the Organization of American States Federal Credit Union (OASFCU). References to ‘us’ or ‘we’ refer to UNFCU and OASFCU.

The Website content, features, and functionality are owned by United in Sustainability (UIS), its licensors, or other providers of the material. The UIS and UNFCU name, logo, related names and logos, and solution names are trademarks of UNFCU, its affiliates, or licensors. The OASFCU name, logo, related names and logos, and solution names are trademarks of OASFCU, its affiliates, or licensors.

You may not copy, imitate, or use any of the above without our prior written consent. You may not use them in a manner that is disparaging to us or the service. You may also not display them in any manner that implies our sponsorship or endorsement. You may send us suggestions, ideas, notes, drawings, concepts, or other non-personal information through the Website. These are considered an uncompensated contribution of intellectual property to us and our licensors. They are not subject to any obligation of confidentiality on our part.

You must not try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it’s stored or any server, computer or database connected to it.

You must not attack the Site in any way. This includes denial-of-service attacks.

We’ll report any attacks or attempts to gain unauthorised access to the Site to the relevant law enforcement authorities and share information about you with them.

These Terms of Use are governed by the State of New York and US federal law. Any action brought in connection with these Terms of Use must be brought in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in the State of New York, County of Queens or New York.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UNFCU, OASFCU, their affiliates, licensors and service providers against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Site or its content. This includes officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from UNFCU, its affiliates and service providers, as well as their successors and assigns.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision will be eliminated or modified. The remaining provisions of the Terms of Use will continue in full force and effect. In case of conflict between any of the provisions of these Terms of Use and any of the other specific terms of use or agreements, the specific terms of use and agreements of those sections shall govern only to the extent there is a conflict.

There may be legal notices elsewhere on the Site that relate to how you use the site.

We’re not liable if we fail to comply with these Terms of Use because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We might decide not to exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms of Use. We can always decide to exercise or enforce that right at a later date.

Doing this once will not mean we automatically waive the right on any other occasion.
